THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT QATAR ISLAMIC INSURANCE HOLDS A MEETING ON FEBRUARY 17, 2010 TO DISCUSS AND APPROVE 2009 FINANCIALS AND DECIDES TO CONVENE THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON MARCH 21, 2010

Qatar Islamic Insurance Company announced the results of its board of directors’ meeting held on January 6, 2010 where the following resolutions were taken:

  1. Adopted the plan of work for the years 2010–2012.
  2. Approved the 2010 budget
  3. Decided to hold the next board meeting on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 to discuss and approve the financial statements ended December 31, 2009.
  4. Decided to convene the General Assembly on Sunday 21.3.2010 Or Monday 29.3.2010 in case the required meeting quorum is not achieved.
